Staff and facilities were good and I liked that the place was clean. Comfortable beds, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room. The restaurant was fantastic here, I had excellent dishes.

We liked the hotel and New York City, had 4 good days there. LaGuardia airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car. Generally everything was great, however the bathroom was too small.
The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

Cozy hotel, neat and 0.5 miles from the airport. Room was non-smoking, perfect, bed was big. Extremely friendly staff; was always available. There was an amazing bar with amazing service. The location was unbeatable, very central. Moreover, it was at a near distance from times square.

I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my choice. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with balcony, the comfiest bed, for example. Location: the hotel was just off Bryant Park, an office building, the main tourist attractions. Furthermore it was easy walk to New York Public Library.
